If you haven’t yet tried a dreampod, what are you waiting for? Suitable from birth, right through until around 18 months (they differ in size, so choose accordingly) they are a way of keeping your baby snug enough that they sleep better; the ideal temperature for a calming and safe sleep (again, they differ in tog, so choose according to the season/month and the temperature in the room where your baby sleeps) and comfortable through the night. Nursery Bedding
The right bedding can really elevate their sleep environment. Look for supersoft fabrics, ideally organic cotton, which is breathable as well as gentle on baby’s sensitive skin and easy to care for. Fitted sheets are essential, while blankets and a quilt will add warmth and cosiness (although remember to follow safe sleep guidelines about the bedding you use in your cot). As your little one gets older you might want to choose bedding with a design or colour that they can love, to add an element of enjoyment and fun to their bedtime routine. Make their cot or cot bed a really inviting and cosy sanctuary, so they can learn to feel more confident going to bed.
